Earlier today, it was confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra will not adopt the rumored front design. Now, a new leak offers a clear look at its design and reveals more information about Samsung's next-generation flagship tablet, including its dimensions.
CAD-based renders of the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra have been published by Smartphone Checker in collaboration with reliable leaker OnLeaks. The images show that the tablet will continue to use a V-shaped display notch for its front-facing camera, similar to the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. It reportedly measures 326.34 x 208.46 x 5.12mm, making it the same size and thickness as its predecessor.
The tablet has a single front-facing camera and a dual-camera setup on the rear. The resolutions of these cameras have not been revealed yet.
Based on previous reports, the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra will use the Dimensity 9500 processor and be available with 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage. It will likely run One UI 9.0 out of the box and receive six generations of Android updates. It was recently revealed that the tablet uses the same 11,600mAh battery as its predecessor.
Whether it will feature a brighter display remains to be seen. It could feature a quad-speaker setup and an IP68 rating for itself and its bundled S Pen stylus.
